Baking Faculty (Part-Time)
ICD NSDC is looking for a passionate and experienced Baking Faculty to provide practical, industry-oriented training to aspiring bakers and pastry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on training in baking techniques and pastry preparation.
Teach bread making, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and bakery production.
Conduct practical demonstrations and bakery workshops.
Guide students on food safety, hygiene, baking standards, and presentation.
Mentor students with industry knowledge and career guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma, Degree, or relevant certification in Bakery & Confectionery, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Professional or teaching experience in baking and pastry arts is preferred.
Strong communication and practical training skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring baking professionals.
