We are looking for a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital advertising campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch & manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads & Search campaigns
- Develop lead-generation strategies
- Audience research & targeting
- Create and test different ad campaigns & creatives
- A/B testing and campaign optimization
- WhatsApp & lead-form campaigns
- Retargeting & remarketing
- Conversion tracking & analytics
- Monitor CPL, conversion rates and campaign ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data
- Prepare regular performance reports
What We’re Looking For
✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
✔ Strong lead-generation experience
✔ Data-driven approach
✔ Excellent understanding of advertising funnels
✔ Ability to analyze campaign performance
✔ Strong A/B testing and optimization skills
✔ Experience managing advertising budgets
✔ Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
