Shift Timing: 6 PM – 4 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
We're looking for an HR professional who can drive recruitment while managing key HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding, documentation & background verification
- Employee relations, grievance handling & HR escalations
- Conduct employee engagement activities and office events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage HR operations and administrative activities efficiently
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
