Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports
- Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer requests
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with relevant teams
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP/CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
- Analytical mindset for reporting and data tracking
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
