Position: Visa Intern
Job Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist students with visa application documentation and processing.
- Verify and organize student documents for visa submissions.
- Coordinate with counsellors and students to ensure timely completion of visa requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications and documentation.
- Follow up with students regarding pending documents and application updates.
- Support the visa team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with visa guidelines and company procedures.
- Provide basic information and assistance to students regarding the visa process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing a distance learning undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
