About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell residential, commercial, and industrial solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, presenting solar proposals, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital inquiries.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, site surveys, and product presentations.
Prepare and explain quotations, proposals, and ROI calculations.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on solar technology, government subsidies, and market trends.
Build relationships with channel partners, builders, architects, and businesses.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
1–5 years of sales experience (solar industry experience preferred).
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Lead generation and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems and electricity concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
