About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Junior Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate project execution, and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing and web development services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, and Development.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and support requests professionally.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Website Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Client presentation and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹12,365.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
