Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Java, Angular, and SQL, along with experience managing software development teams, defining technical roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software developers and QA engineers.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards.
- Drive Agile development practices and improve engineering processes.
- Monitor engineering metrics such as sprint velocity, cycle time, and code quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Review system architecture and recommend technology improvements.
- Identify and reduce technical debt while improving application scalability.
- Mentor Team Leads and Senior Developers, supporting their technical and leadership growth.
- Participate in hiring, capacity planning, and performance management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Java, Angular, and SQL.
- Experience with Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and SDLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Manager or Engineering Manager role.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ developers and QA engineers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
