Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front Office Executive / Front Office Trainee to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register patients and schedule appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Manage patient enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain patient records and update hospital management systems.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts (if applicable).
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable.
- Perform other administrative and front office duties as assigned.
RequirementsFront Office Executive
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospital reception is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and hospital management software preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Front Office Trainee
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or final-year students may apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
