Job Summary
A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product features, and ensuring excellent customer service to increase showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, weight, and pricing.
- Maintain attractive display of jewellery in the showroom.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Assist customers during billing and purchase process.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions.
- Keep updated with new jewellery collections, trends, and designs.
- Ensure safety and proper handling of jewellery items.
- Support promotional activities and showroom events.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance in the showroom.

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
- 2–3 years experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred
