- Diagnose and troubleshoot Dell laptop hardware issues.
- Perform hardware replacement and repair of components such as Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, Keyboard, Battery, Display, Hinges, Adapter, and other laptop peripherals.
- Carry out complete hardware break-fix activities for Dell laptops.
- Attend assigned service calls and provide timely hardware support.
- Conduct hardware diagnostics and identify faulty components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and hardware health checks.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests as per defined SLA.
- Update service reports and maintain records of completed service activities.
- Ensure proper functionality of repaired/replaced hardware.
- Follow Dell hardware service procedures and quality standards.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
