Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end to end HR Operations for mill staffs and workers including recruitment, onboarding and attendance
* Handle statutory compliance:PF,ESI,Factory Act, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, and Audits.
* Oversee payroll processing , leave management and shift scheduling for 500+ workers.
* Resolve worker grievances, maintain IR/ER and ensure harmonious labour relations.
* Coordinate with production and maintanance teams for manpower planning.
* Conduct training on safety ,complaince and skill development as per mill requirements.
* Maintain HR documentation ,records, and union representatives when required.
Requirements:
*Mandatory :10 years of HR Experience exclusively in Spinning Mill/Textile Mill*
*Strong knowledge of Tamilnadu labour laws and spinning mill wage structure.
*Experience handdling large blue -collar workforce and contact labour.
* Degree in Related field Preferred
* Excellent Tamil ,English and Hindi communication skills
* Proactive approach to employee relations with strong conflict resolution skills.
