Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic, articulate, and relationship-driven interns to join our corporate office in New Delhi. In this role, you will act as the key internal bridge between the corporate office and our extensive network of B2B distributors, stockists, and retail partners across the country. You will focus on maintaining high engagement, tracking partner stock levels, pitching current trade schemes, and actively taking orders over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Conduct regular, structured telephonic check-ins with assigned distributors and retail partners to maintain top-of-mind brand recall.
- Order Generation & Up-selling: Assess current stock levels at partner locations, pitch ongoing product volume schemes, and actively secure repeat orders for core categories (such as Compressor Nebulizers, Digital BP Monitors, and Homecare products).
- Database & CRM Enrichment: Clean and update partner contact records, capture active WhatsApp numbers for corporate broadcasting, and log market feedback directly into our system.
- Competitor Intelligence: Gather ground-level data on competitor pricing, active schemes, and stock gaps during partner interactions and communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Coordination: Coordinate closely with our logistics, C&F partners, and field sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely resolution of partner queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or BSc) or MBA.
- Fluent in Hindi with professional, polite verbal communication skills; working knowledge of English.
- Strong persuasive skills, active listening, and a natural ability to build professional rapport over the phone.
- Basic comfort with computers (MS Excel and Google Sheets) to log calls and track data.
- High punctuality, discipline, and a result-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
