Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, curious, and execution-focused Social Media & Content Marketing Associate who can help us build a strong digital presence. You'll create engaging content, manage social media, collaborate with the founding team, and help tell the stories behind our artisans and products.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, carousels, and graphics.
- Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and website copy.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Research market trends, competitors, and viral content ideas.
- Capture artisan stories and transform them into compelling content.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements using analytics.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and the founding team.
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in influencer outreach and community engagement.
Requirements
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Interest in sustainability, D2C brands, and Indian craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Portfolio or previous content work is a plus.
