Location: Noida Expressway, Sector 142 (EON) – On-Site
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized CRM Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling leads, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, site visits, bookings, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Assist in post-sales customer support and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, telecalling, or the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
