- Manage daily back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and other departments.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
- Follow up with clients and vendors regarding orders and payments.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and support management.
