Core Responsibilities
- Plant Care: Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs, and trees to promote healthy growth.
- Landscape Maintenance: Mowlawn, trim hedges, edge garden beds, and weed flower spaces to keep the grounds tidy.
- Pest & Disease Control: Monitor plant health, identify issues, and apply natural or synthetic fertilizers and pesticides when necessary.
- Equipment Management: Safely operate and perform routine maintenance on gardening tools, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and pruning saws.
- Seasonal Planning: Plan and execute seasonal layout changes and replanting activities.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
