Job Title: CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER
Qualification: Any degree/ Pg
Prior experience in healthcare/hospital field is an added advantage.
Job responsibilities :
- Responsible for greeting, welcoming and directing customers appropriately
- Responsible for properly analyzing patients prescription
- Responsible of basic understanding of systems and processes that are to be followed in a healthcare facility so that can communicate complex information clearly to the general public.
- Establishing and maintain cooperative working relationship with those contacted in the course of work. Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Responsible to ensure front desk is tidy and check necessary stationary and material are in hand.. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Responsible to handle complaints and specific customers’ requests, troubleshoot emergencies.
- Responsible to maintain working relationships and communicates with all departments.
- Responsible to resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions; work independently in the absence of supervisions.
- Answering incoming calls in cordial, professional and timely manner. Responsible to enforce all cash-handling, check-cashing and credit policies.
- Responsible to ensure and reply mail in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible to ensure that employees are attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other employees.
- Responsible to ensure excellent care and service to all the customers, to co-ordinate with other departments whenever required,ensure all appointments in time, pre and post follow up.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
