Diploma / BE with minimum 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machines) Manufacturing and Project manufacturing operations. Should be able to plan, execute and manage resources and projects. Managing white collar and blue-collar team members a must.
Knowledge about Mechanical standards, machine assembly, Hydraulics / Pneumatics, machining processes is a must. Ability to validate assemblies based on drawings and processes alongwith leading and managing a team of around 30 ppl. Inter-department coordination and resource planning is required.
Candidates handling production lines in any sector may not be suitable.
