Job Summary:
Nexora Academy Private Limited is seeking a knowledgeable, dynamic, and industry-oriented Oil & Gas + Fire & Safety Faculty / Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training and practical guidance to students. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, industry exposure, and the ability to prepare students for real-world industrial and safety environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Oil & Gas, Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, HSE, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical sessions.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and skill evaluations for students.
- Guide students in industrial standards, safety procedures, and career development.
- Coordinate with the academic department for batch planning and course execution.
- Support placement and internship activities by preparing students for industry requirements.
- Maintain student attendance, performance reports, and academic documentation.
- Organize workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and safety awareness sessions.
- Ensure quality training standards aligned with industry practices and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Safety, Oil & Gas, NEBOSH, IOSH, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge in HSE procedures, risk assessment, firefighting systems, and industrial safety operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry exposure in Oil & Gas or Safety sectors.
- Ability to handle practical and technical training sessions.
- Student mentoring and career guidance capability.
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
