Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Blended Voice Process (Business Support Services)
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our blended voice process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls while supporting business entrepreneurs during their company incorporation journey and ongoing compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle blended voice process (inbound + outbound customer interactions).
Assist business entrepreneurs during company incorporation process Provide guidance on basic secretarial, accounting, and taxation compliance requirements.
Address customer queries related to business registration, documentation, and statutory filings Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of client issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates in CRM Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (English/ Tamil) - Any other regional languages would be an added advantage.
Good understanding or willingness to learn business compliance processes.
Customer handling and problem-solving skills Comfortable with voice-based support environment.
Preferred Qualification:
Any graduate (Commerce background is an added advantage)
Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years experience in BPO/Customer Support Work Environment: Blended voice process (Inbound + Outbound) Fast-paced client-facing support role focused on business services
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
