We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works for high-rise residential projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, contractor coordination, project monitoring, and the ability to ensure timely and quality completion of MEP activities.

Manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works across assigned projects.

Ensure all MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify site challenges, and implement timely solutions.

Review and verify contractor measurements, billing, BOQs, and project documentation.

Support testing, commissioning, handover activities, and closure of project observations.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and statutory regulations.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

8–10 years of relevant MEP experience

Experience in high-rise residential projects

Experience with builder/developer organizations

Education
