Job Description - Telecaller Executive (bengali language mandatory )

Job Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
* Generate leads and coordinate with potential customers
* Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and services
* Maintain customer database and daily calling reports
* Coordinate with sales and operations teams
* Explain company products and services effectively
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of Telecalling or Telesales
* Candidates with lubricant industry experience will be preferred
* Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Must have MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to work independently from home
* Strong follow-up and client handling skills
* Immediate joiners preferred
