- Proven success in converting prospects into customers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly desirable
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business processes and requirements
- Develop tailored solution plans to address customer needs
- Deliver personalized presentations showcasing the proposed solution
- Estimate work efforts and draft detailed proposals
