## Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Epicor Support Specialist** with 5–8 years of hands-on experience supporting **Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic)** in manufacturing and distribution environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support, resolving ERP issues, enhancing system performance, and collaborating with business teams to optimize ERP processes.
This role requires strong expertise in Epicor ERP modules, SQL, reporting tools, and manufacturing workflows, along with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and functional support for Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic) across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain modules.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application, configuration, and system-related issues.
* Analyze business requirements and recommend ERP enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
* Develop, modify, and maintain:
* Business Activity Queries (BAQs)
* Business Process Management (BPMs)
* Dashboards
* SSRS Reports
* Epicor customizations
* Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation, and data cleanup activities.
* Support Epicor upgrades, patch deployments, testing, and implementation of new features.
* Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.
* Provide end-user support, training, documentation, and best practices to improve system adoption.
* Coordinate with Epicor Support and third-party vendors for issue resolution and escalations.
* Monitor ERP performance and recommend continuous improvements.
## Required Skills
* 5–8 years of hands-on experience with **Epicor ERP (E10 and/or Kinetic)**.
* Strong functional knowledge of:
* Finance
* Manufacturing
* Inventory Management
* Order Management
* Purchasing
* Supply Chain
* Expertise in:
* BAQs
* BPMs
* Dashboards
* SSRS Reports
* Epicor customization tools
* Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
* Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with Epicor Kinetic UI.
* Knowledge of Epicor REST APIs.
* Experience with ERP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
* Knowledge of C#, Power BI, or automation tools.
* Understanding of manufacturing concepts, including:
* Bill of Materials (BOM)
* Routings
* Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
* Production Scheduling
