About the Role
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Maintenance Department. The roles and responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of production machinery, pumps, compressors, conveyors, hydraulic
- and pneumatic systems.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S for equipment performance, safety, and organization.
- Maintain detailed maintenance documentation
- Manage critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
- Train and educate team members to maintain high standards of maintenance.
- Use of Measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge)
- Troubleshooting Ability, Identify mechanical faults
- Doing root cause analysis
- Understanding of industrial safety standards
- proper PPE use
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required
- 3-4 year of experience in a manufacturing company is desired
- Good academic grades are highly preferred
- Willing to learn new engineering processes
- Wants to work in a professional and systematic manner
