Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and research-oriented Polymer Engineer / Material Science Engineer on behalf of our client CS Bond Solutions to join the team. This role is ideal for candidates with around 3 years of experience who have a strong foundation in polymer science and material analysis.
The position involves working on product development, testing, and innovation in polymer-based solutions with a scientific and analytical approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on development and improvement of polymer-based materials and products
- Conduct material testing, analysis, and quality evaluation
- Support R&D activities and product innovation initiatives
- Analyze material properties and recommend improvements
- Maintain documentation of experiments, reports, and findings
- Collaborate with production and technical teams for product optimization
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering / Material Science / Chemical Engineering
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in polymers or material science
- Strong understanding of polymer properties, testing, and applications
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing and documentation

- Experience in R&D or product development
- Familiarity with testing methods and quality standards
