About the Role
The Business Head will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, team management, and strategic planning. The role requires a strong leader who can oversee sales, operations, client relationships, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Drive revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage sales, marketing, and operational teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor business performance and KPIs.
- Present business reports and growth plans to management.
- Ensure alignment between company objectives and execution.
Requirements
- MBA (Mandatory).
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Business Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
