We are looking for a qualified Student Counsellor to provide professional counselling and support to students and promote their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
- Understand and address students’ personal, emotional, and academic concerns.
- Conduct basic psychological assessments and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain confidential case records and prepare reports for sensitive cases.
- Support student well-being through counselling and awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for appropriate support and referrals.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s in Psychology with specialization in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.
- PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling or RCI qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience.
- Experience in college/university student counselling will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
