- Develop and implement quality systems: Create and maintain quality standards, control systems, and inspection protocols.
- Inspect and test: Conduct regular audits and inspections of materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and analyze: Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions and solutions.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers, to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance: Make sure that processes and products comply with relevant regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
- Document and report: Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and test results, and prepare quality reports.
- Provide training: Train other employees on quality control standards, processes, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
