About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT Support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, operating systems, and end-user issues. Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
✔ Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems.
✔ Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
✔ Manage and track incidents through ticketing systems.
✔ Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.
Required Skills
✅ 1+years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk.
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
✅ Experience with desktop troubleshooting and hardware support.
✅ Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Zendesk.
✅ Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with Active Directory.
⭐ Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
⭐ Understanding of endpoint management and security tools.
