Job Title: Business Development Executive

Ltd.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth for our IT services business. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Mumbai corporate market
- Promote IT services including AMC, IT Infrastructure Management, Security, and Storage Solutions
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with IT Managers, CTOs, CIOs, and key decision-makers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to propose customized solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular reporting
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate sales/business development (preferably IT services)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of corporate sales process
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT AMC / Infrastructure / Managed Services sales
- Existing network of corporate clients in Mumbai region
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
