Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Junior HR Executive to support the company’s recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate with employees and department managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding vacancies and candidate requirements.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain interview records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining forms, and other HR documents.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal documents, and HR databases.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and working hours.
- Support payroll preparation by sharing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, documents, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, meetings, and internal communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance sheets, and HR reports.
- Support performance review and appraisal-related documentation.
- Ensure company policies and workplace guidelines are communicated properly.
- Assist the senior HR team with daily administrative and HR-related tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and employees.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Good organisational and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, onboarding, or HRMS software will be an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations is preferred.
- Candidate must be comfortable working full-time from the Noida office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
