Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning pathways.
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain and update lead and student records.
- Conduct telecalling and outreach activities to generate admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after admission.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in telecalling and lead conversion.
