We're looking for an Admin Executive to manage day-to-day facility operations and employee transportation. This is a hands-on, ground-level role — you'll be the go-to person for anything related to the physical office running smoothly.
Facility Management

Oversee AC servicing and troubleshooting (coordinate with AMC vendor for repairs/maintenance)

Manage pantry operations — stock levels, supplier coordination, daily replenishment

Monitor washroom cleanliness and supplies (toiletries, consumables)

Maintain overall office hygiene and housekeeping standards

Track and manage AMCs (AC, pest control, RO/water purifier, fire safety, etc.) — renewals, service schedules, vendor performance

Manage inventory/stock of office supplies, stationery, and consumables

Ensure housekeeping staff attendance, task allocation, and quality checks
Transportation

Prepare and manage employee transport rosters

Coordinate with cab/transport vendors on routes, timing, and issues

Handle escalations related to delays, driver behaviour, vehicle condition

Track transport costs and vendor billing/invoices
Vendor & Admin Coordination

Liaise with multiple vendors (AC, housekeeping, pantry supplies, transport, AMC providers)

Negotiate and renew vendor contracts/AMCs

Maintain records of all vendor agreements, invoices, and service logs

Support other general administrative tasks as needed (courier, front desk backup, event/office setup support)

Bachelor's degree (any stream)

0–2 years of experience in admin/facilities (freshers with strong communication welcome)

Fluent in Kannada — mandatory, for vendor and local coordination

Decent verbal and written communication in English

Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking rosters, stock, and vendor logs

Ability to multitask and handle vendor escalations calmly

Willing to work in the night shifts

Willing to work two Saturdays in a month
