Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Chinese Cook to prepare authentic and high-quality Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles, ensuring consistency and taste in every dish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fries, noodles, dim sum, soups).
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
- Handle wok cooking and high-heat cooking techniques efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Innovate and suggest new dishes or improvements to the menu.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chinese Cook or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking methods.
- Ability to use kitchen equipment like wok, steamers, and knives safely.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hotels or Chinese specialty restaurants.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
