Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Patient Care
- Assess, monitor, and manage admitted patients under the guidance of consultants.
- Provide immediate medical attention in emergency and critical situations.
- Conduct daily rounds and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Coordinate patient investigations, treatment plans, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation, discharge summaries, and case records.
Emergency & Critical Care Management
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, code blue situations, and ICU escalations.
- Stabilize critically ill patients before consultant intervention where required.
- Coordinate with ICU, emergency, OT, and nursing teams for seamless patient management.
- Monitor high-risk patients and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid DMC Delhi Medical Council registration.
- ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 5 -8 years of clinical experience in multispeciality or super speciality hospitals.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a Senior RMO, Duty Medical Officer, ICU, or Emergency role preferred.
- Experience in handling critical care and emergency cases.
- Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital quality protocols.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
