Position: Site Supervisor
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, coordination ability, and basic knowledge of construction processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, laborers, and management
- Ensure work is completed on time and according to project plans
- Monitor quality of work and maintain safety standards at the site
- Handle material tracking and site inventory management
- Prepare daily work updates and progress reports
- Ensure discipline and productivity among workers
- Identify site issues and report them to management immediately
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experience in construction or real estate field is an advantage
- Strong communication and team handling skills
- Ability to manage labor and coordinate with multiple teams
- Basic knowledge of site supervision and construction procedures
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking candidate preferred
Job Location : Bejai
Pay: ₹20,078.07 - ₹24,359.11 per month
