We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive / Lead Generator who can generate quality leads, connect with decision-makers, and book appointments with potential clients globally.
Responsibilities – How You Will Contribute
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and outbound prospecting
- Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify businesses requiring branding, website design, social media management, and digital marketing services
- Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and sales appointments for the business development team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools like HubSpot, Excel, or similar platforms
- Build and nurture prospect relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Track outreach performance, responses, and pipeline progress
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Requirements – What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development
- Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales
- Experience in selling design services, website development, branding, or digital marketing is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot CRM, or similar
- Ability to confidently communicate with international clients
- Strong understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting strategies
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, creative agencies, or marketing agencies
- Knowledge of website development, branding, and social media services
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, and social media ads
