Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to SAP Project System components.
- Experience in managing and supporting complex business applications in a live environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
