We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
