Salary Range: 30,000 – 40,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential plotting projects in Ahmedabad.
- Conduct client meetings to understand investment and property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Negotiate sales terms and successfully close property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with legal, documentation, and accounts teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on Ahmedabad real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Assist clients throughout the booking, documentation, and registration process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential plotting or land sales.
- Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad's real estate market and residential plotting projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and site visits.
- Strong customer relationship management and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software/tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel across Ahmedabad for client meetings and site visits.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
