Location: Vadodara, India (Onsite – Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full‑time
Work Schedule: Any 9 hours between 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
Role Overview
Both positions are part of U.S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 case administration.
- Analyst II: Focuses on reviewing and processing Electronic Court Filings (ECF), extracting case information, and ensuring accurate database updates.
- Senior Analyst: Focuses on monitoring shared inboxes, triaging correspondence from creditors, courts, and clients, and ensuring timely routing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process bankruptcy case documents (emails or ECF filings).
- Extract, classify, and update case information accurately.
- Monitor deadlines, notices, and claimant inquiries.
- Collaborate with U.S. teams on overnight service requests.
- Train associates on protocols and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Law or Commerce background preferred).
- Analyst II: 3–6 years of experience in U.S.‑based MNCs.
- Senior Analyst: 2–5 years of experience in U.S.‑based MNCs.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with strong accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently or in teams.
- Knowledge of U.S. Legal/Bankruptcy processes is an added advantage.
