About the Role
we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors will be an added advantage.
