- Position – Jr. Engineer/ GET/DET - Production
- Qualification – B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Automobile/Industrial Production/Mechatronics)
- Location– Pithampur, M.P.
- Experience – 0 to 5 years (Fabrication preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production planning and shop floor execution.
- Monitor fabrication of steel structures (columns, rafters, beams, purlins).
- Read and follow technical drawings with design/team coordination.
- Supervise shop floor activities including cutting, welding, fitting, and painting.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards.
- Minimize material wastage and report production issues.
- Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement (5S/Lean).
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and PEB structures
- Ability to read drawings
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP (preferred)
- Knowledge of welding (MIG/SAW) and cutting processes
- Good communication and willingness to work in shifts
