- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries about services and packages.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Maintain client records and update databases.
- Handle billing, payments, receipts, and membership renewals.
- Coordinate with nutritionists, therapists, beauticians, or wellness consultants.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
- Explain basic information about slimming programs and promotions.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare daily reports and appointment schedules.
- Good communication skills (English and local language).
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).
- Telephone etiquette.
- Sales and upselling ability
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience as receptionist, front-office, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred
- Knowledge of wellness, beauty, fitness, or slimming services is an advantage
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
