- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Contact potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
