About the Role
We are hiring a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in email marketing automation and paid advertising. The candidate should be comfortable managing digital campaigns, analysing performance, and using AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, audience targeting, campaign personalisation, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated customer journeys.
- Manage email lists, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, A/B testing, and campaign scheduling.
- Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, cost per lead, click-through rates, and return on ad spend.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, ad-copy creation, email personalisation, audience research, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to create ad creatives, landing-page content, social-media posts, and email assets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and market analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Maintain campaign data in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-based opportunities that can improve campaign results.
- Ensure all marketing communication is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
- Experience running and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of website analytics, conversion tracking, campaign reporting, and lead-generation funnels.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, social-media advertising, and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered tools for marketing, content, automation, and data analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating email workflows and customer segmentation.
- Understanding of SEO, social-media marketing, landing pages, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, spreadsheets, dashboards, and campaign-tracking tools.
- Ability to write engaging email subject lines, ad copy, and short-form marketing content.
- Curious, creative, analytical, and willing to learn new AI and digital marketing technologies.
Ideal Candidate
