We are seeking a results-driven and strategic professional to lead our admissions and revenue growth initiatives. The Admissions & Revenue Growth will be responsible for driving revenue, generating admissions, creating cohorts, and ensuring smooth academic operations for all programs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Skill set :
Strong in admissions, revenue strategy, communication, leadership, marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve admissions and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end admissions operations including inquiries, applications, and onboarding.
- Create and oversee program cohorts ensuring smooth delivery and student satisfaction.
- Coordinate with faculty and teams to launch new programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities for strategic planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, alumni, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive marketing and promotional activities to boost admissions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Experience :
5+ years
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in admissions, marketing, or related domain.
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth and meeting admission targets.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹16,969.55 - ₹58,815.08 per month
