E-Commerce Executive
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations. The candidate will handle product listings, order management, digital promotions, customer support, and coordination with marketplaces to improve online business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and company website
- Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory
- Monitor daily online orders and coordinate dispatch
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with marketing team for online campaigns and promotions
- Optimize product visibility and marketplace performance
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure smooth functioning of online operations
Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce or online sales preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
